Refund policy

At Minnesang Paris, we are committed to the exceptional craftsmanship and quality of our creations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our process for returns, which adheres to French and European Union consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)

You have the legal right to return an item within 14 days of the date you receive your order. This 14-day window applies to all our standard-size, made-to-order pieces. Please note that this window begins on the day of delivery, not the day the order is placed.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  • All original Minnesang Paris tags must be attached and intact.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging. Minnesang Paris reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our dedicated returns department at returns@minnesangparis.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. In your email, please include your Order Number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address for our Paris atelier.

4. Return Shipping

As a small maison focusing on craftsmanship, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our atelier, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

6. Our 3-Year Warranty

This return policy is separate from our 3-Year Warranty.

If you encounter a manufacturing defect (such as issues with stitching or hardware) at any time within three years of purchase, please contact our atelier at atelier@minnesangparis.com. We will provide a free repair service at our atelier. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care.
