SHIPPING POLICY
At Minnesang Paris, every piece is an individual commission crafted with meticulous care in our Paris atelier. Our shipping policy reflects this commitment to artisanal quality and exclusivity.
SECTION 1 - PROCESSING AND MANUFACTURING TIME
Our fulfillment process consists of two distinct phases:
1.1. Manufacturing Time: As all our garments are made-to-order, a creation period of two (2) weeks is required for production in our Parisian atelier. This time is non-negotiable.
1.2. Shipping Time: The shipping time begins after the manufacturing and handling process is complete.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING ZONES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We ship our products using premium trackable carrier services to the following target regions.

Note: All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES AND COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected carrier.
3.1. Manufacturing Cost Clause: Please note that the shipping fee covers the cost of transit and carrier services only. It does not include the mandatory two (2) week manufacturing time.
3.2. Duties and Taxes (Non-EU Destinations): Customers shipping to the United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland (CH) are solely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. Minnesang Paris is not responsible for these fees.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING ACCURACY
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Minnesang Paris is not liable for packages shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. If a package is returned to our atelier due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fees.
