TERMS OF SALE (Conditions Générales de Vente)
OVERVIEW This website is operated by M. Poramin Preechawuthidech, an Entrepreneur Individuel (EI), trading under the name Minnesang Paris. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Minnesang Paris. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
SECTION 1 - OUR UNIQUE BUSINESS MODEL (Made-to-Order)
1.1. Made-to-Order Process: Minnesang Paris operates on an exclusive "made-to-order" (sur commande) model. This is not a pre-order. Production of your piece begins after your order is confirmed.
1.2. Manufacturing Delay: By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept a manufacturing delay of approximately two (2) weeks before your item is shipped. This delay is necessary to create your piece by hand in our Parisian atelier.
1.3. Exclusivity & Rarity: To maintain our standard of quality, we limit our production. We reserve the right to limit quantities, including the "Virginie Jacket" which is strictly limited to five (5) units per month.
SECTION 2 - THE MINNESANG PARIS 3-YEAR WARRANTY
2.1. Our Promise: We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Minnesang Paris offers a three (3) year warranty on all products, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
2.2. Service: This warranty includes free repairs at our Paris atelier. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care. Please contact us at atelier@minnesangparis.com to initiate a warranty claim.
SECTION 3 - PRICING & PAYMENT (NOUVELLE SECTION)
3.1. Pricing: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or any customs duties/taxes for non-EU countries (such as the UK), which remain the customer's responsibility.
3.2. Payment Terms: Payment is captured in full at the time the order is placed. The manufacturing process will not begin until payment is successfully processed.
SECTION 4 - RETURN POLICY (Right of Withdrawal)
4.1. 14-Day Window: In accordance with European Union and French law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
4.2. Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original tags attached.
4.3. Process: Please refer to our dedicated "Return Policy" page for detailed instructions on how to process your return.
SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks (Minnesang Paris, "Minnesang"), logos, text, images (including all runway and atelier photography), and the specific "ACADEMY ENGRAVED LET" typography, are the exclusive property of Minnesang Paris and are protected by intellectual property laws.
SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW & COMPANY INFORMATION
6.1. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
