Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies exclusively to our commissioned, Made-to-Order pieces, which are crafted specifically for you upon confirmation of your purchase.
SECTION 1 - MADE-TO-ORDER COMMISSIONS
When you commission a piece from Minnesang Paris, you are securing a unique, hand-crafted garment that is not yet in inventory. By confirming your order, you authorize our Parisian atelier to begin the manufacturing process.
We may capture full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
1.1. Cancellation Window (Prior to Manufacturing): You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if the request is submitted before the manufacturing process has officially begun (i.e., typically within 24 hours of placing the order).
1.2. Cancellation After Manufacturing Begins: Once the two (2) week manufacturing process is underway, the order cannot be canceled. This commitment protects the sourcing of our exclusive materials and the time reserved by our artisans.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the order has been fulfilled and delivered, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with your legal right of withdrawal.
