We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes and they are not included in our shipping fees. These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - these are not additional shipping charges

• Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within    weeks since all of the process are made to order. Delivery times appearing on the site is an estimate and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Minnesang Paris is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
• If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

• This jacket is a made-to-order product. The production time is 1 week after the order is confirmed.
• Once the order is pressed, we are not able to process returns or exchanges. (Size exchange available)
